Alternatives Life Improvement Center is a private organization which offers individuals an opportunity to make positive behavioral changes and to discover a new way to live. Participants are taught new skills and are challenged to gain a deeper understanding of why they make the choices they do. Alternatives participants engage in a group process with trained facilitators. Through the group process, material presented in class and homework assignments, participants are encouraged to explore their values and attitudes in relation to their behaviors and to make the necessary changes for a more harmonious life-style.
